Before you send your ATN Europe product in for Service or Repair,
check out our troubleshooting and FAQ sections that can help you get your device up and running quickly.

REQUEST SERVICE

If your ATN product fails to perform in any way, and you have tried the Troubleshooting and FAQ tips. Please follow these instructions to initiate a service request:

  1. Remove mounting rings, covers, and all other accessories from the product.

  2. Record the serial number of the product and keep it where you can find it if needed.

  3. Print this confirmation page and include with your shipment.

  4. If possible, ship the product in its original packaging, as this is the safest method.

  5. Be sure to wrap the package securely and use filament strapping tape on the outside.

  6. If possible, ship by a traceable parcel service. Please insure the shipment against loss.

  7. Ship to: ATN Europe LTD Service Center, RMA-XXXXX, 1588 Sofia Bulgaria, ul. "Okolovrasten pat" 456B Inter Logistic Park

  8. Please obtain the RMA number by filling out the below form.

How to Return the products:
  1. Contact ATN Europe Ltd by: email, chat or phone.

  2. Remove mounting rings, covers, and all other accessories from the product.

  3. Record the serial number of the product and keep it where you can find it if needed.

  4. Print and sign the “ ATN 30 DAYS RETURN FORM “and include it with your shipment.

  5. Ship the product in its original packaging, as this is the safest method.

  6. Be sure to wrap the package securely and use filament strapping tape on the outside.

  7. Ship the parcel only by using the TNT label provided by our service. The transport costs for returning the goods are at the expense of ATN Europe Ltd. Please do not create new shipment with different label or courier service. If assistance is needed or you do not have the appropriate label – please contact us by email, chat or phone.

Please note that we will not accept shipments sent with any other return method than the TNT return label we have sent, as well as shipments that lack a duly completed and signed "ATN 30 DAYS RETURN FORM".

Refund:

Once we receive your returned product and check that it meets the return conditions, we will refund the value of the product you purchased within up to 15 working days. In case some accessories or parts are missing, they will be deducted from the amount that will be refund.

  • If you have paid by credit or debit card, refund will be issued to the card-issuing bank.

  • In case you have paid by bank transfer, you must write down your IBAN and holders account name in the ATN return form and sign the document. The customer that purchased the product and the bank account holder should match. Refund will not be processed without a signed form.
